PRESENT DUTIES

  • Director of Administration with responsibility for all non-engineering business functions

  • Selection and training of office staff

  • Monitoring of workflow to meet deadlines

  • Preparation of marketing packages

  • Responsibility for personnel benefits, payroll, and tax reporting

  • Monitor all functions of accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, time accounting, and project billing

  • Development and application of management analysis reports

  • Office Management: maintenance of office equipment, inventory, vendor/equipment cost comparisons and cost controls

  • Administration of insurance needs, both corporate and personnel

  • Assist in the planning and directing of business operations, and maintenance of general office operations

Genevieve Zwayer

Ms. Zwayer joined our team in early 2015 and has almost 20 years administrative experience.

At Engineering Professionals, Inc., her experience includes all accounting and administrative services. As the spouse of a member of the military, Ms. Zwayer’s administrative experience was gained throughout multiple industries. This diversity gives her a vast amount of knowledge, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
