Plumbing Design Manager
Design plumbing systems for commercial and residential applications using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Oversee and review project designs and specifications.
Development and maintenance of quality control procedures.
Perform engineering calculations, research, review shop drawings, specifications, instructions, etc.
Ongoing project development regarding cost savings and design improvements.
Manage client, field and plan reviewer concerns to evaluate problematic designs and resolve these issues.
Preparation of Construction Documents for client’s usage.

Mr. King joined Engineering Professionals, Inc. in May 2012, after completing his educational programs at Hillsborough Community College and continued his education to attain a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability Management in 2016. Prior to becoming the Plumbing Design Manager for the firm, Mr. King worked as a Plumbing Designer for 6 years and a CADD Specialist before that. As Plumbing Design Manager, he brings an extensive knowledge of local and international plumbing codes and regulations to the organizing, planning, and designing of projects through all development phases. He possesses strong computer and writing skills along with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, plan reviewers and collaborators from other disciplines.
