MISSION STATEMENT
Engineering Professionals, Inc.
provides high
quality
mechanical engineering
services in heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing
and fire protection
systems design for commercial, industrial and institutional building
construction. Our management philosophy is to provide quality
engineering, design, and project management consulting services.
This philosophy helps to contribute to our community and the profession
to which we belong. Our
objective as a team of engineers, designers and CAD technicians is to
provide the best quality design services to every client so each
project successfully meets their goals. Engineering Professionals, Inc.
strives to grow, but never to lose the local identity and relationships
that are the foundations of our practice.
HISTORY
Engineering
Professionals, Inc. was
incorporated in the State of
Florida in September 1992, and began offering services on October 15,
1992. The original shareholders and directors of the firm were Gary
Stenlund, Laurie Kaczmerack and Mary Steensrud. The firm's
offices were originally located at 1525 West Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa,
Florida, and as our staff expanded, we relocated to 1720 West
Cleveland Street in
December
of 1995.

designs that insure safety and health as well as improve the life of
all persons affected by the projects with which we are involved.
We strive to provide quality products and service to our clients for a
fee which provides a reasonable profit. Our focus is to operate
ethically and to diligently perform our responsibilities in a
professional manner aimed at client satisfaction. We will
maintain knowledge of the current industry standards, regulations, and
technologies. Such knowledge will be used to provide quality
service and advice to our clients.
